Shameless

On Friday the 26th July, it's shameless night down at the wilsons. We have ciaran griffiths coming down to spin a few  classics. And I shall of course be playing a few, and it goes without saying that the crillster will be playing some monsters!

It's the summer holidays!

It's the summer holidays so we have been busy catching up with all our outstanding projects, :) 

Watching tv and getting my old school on

It's been a boring tv night, finally resorting to American celebrity ghost stories. So with pencil and fine liner in hand I bang out a couple of old school designs. As instructed by the overlard ;)

Well that's a bit weird

We found a kidney that I drew absolutely flipping ages ago. Not sure why I drew a kidney like, maybe I was planning on selling it and raising some extra cash.

Down in the crypt

So we went down into the crypt today to bang out some old school designs. We also had a brew and some well tasty food in Elevator. We will soon be ready for some small tattoos, under the watchful eye of our overlord of course.

Paul has been a busy boy

So Paul has been busy drawing away while I have been playing minecraft :| I have rescued a mooshroom and discovered a mine, sailed round the map and got blown up by a creeper. Whilst Paul has gone all tiki with a tiki Boba and Greedo and a couple of Clara Bow inspired gypsy pieces! I'm guessing that minecraft is not good for up and coming careers in skin art, but really good for numbing the brain after a hard days teaching.

Down in the Bat Cave

So down in the Bat Cave where Crypt Tattoo is based, in Elevator Liverpool. We found these amps and equipment, Crypt Tattoo is the coolest tattoo studio around.

In training with the Overlord

In training with our master! Drawing straight on our arms. Although it is bloody freezing down here in the crypt and quite strange with the sound of fleetwood mac in our ears :)

Sewing inspiration

We have been working on some traditional tattoo designs, as requested by our tattoo overlord down at crypt tattoo. He sets us challenges to get us practicing our old school designs. As I quite like textiles i thought I would start off with some vintage lace and embroidery scissors.
